 1. Transistor welding power supply 

Welding energy output is the most stable power supply, real-time display of welding voltage and current waveform, current rising fast, can achieve high quality welding in a short time.

 2. Electric rotating welding head 

The sonotrode can be rotated 135° for welding, suitable for special-shaped nickel sheets, and also has an anti-stick pin function. Built-in pressure sensor, which can monitor and control the instantaneous output pressure of the welding head.

 3. Cooling system: 

Water circulation heat dissipation, instantaneous high-current welding, the welding head always maintains a constant temperature, effectively reducing the loss of welding pins and improving the welding effect.

•  In a battery pack, the spot welding surface must be flush and of the same height
