Zhejiang * * Industrial Co., Ltd., as our long-term partner, has always held high praise for our company's products and services over the years. Many years ago, the company purchased our fully automatic spot welding machine and highly recognized and affirmed the stability of our equipment and the professional services provided during use. Entering September 2023, with the continuous growth of production demand, the company plans to further expand its production scale. Therefore, they directly contacted our Mr. Liu, hoping that we can plan and design two fully automatic cylindrical battery production lines for them. In the following month, our team worked closely with Zhejiang Industrial Co., Ltd. and made four changes to the plan based on their specific needs and production scenarios, striving to achieve the best in every detail. After unremitting efforts and in-depth communication, both parties successfully signed a cooperation contract and jointly opened a new chapter of cooperation.

Equipment features

1. Suitable for assembling most cylindrical battery packs of 18650/21700/26650/26700/32700, with strong compatibility.
2. The entire line includes feeding, labeling, sorting, spot welding, and one-stop assembly, which can effectively improve production efficiency.
3. Only 3-4 people are needed to complete the front-end assembly of the battery pack on the entire line, which can effectively save labor costs.
4. The entire line is assembled using single machine equipment and can be used independently.
5. The integrated design of the extension unit has a beautiful and atmospheric appearance with a strong sense of technology.
6. Support function customization: The functions of the entire line equipment can be matched according to needs; Customization of overall color for appearance; Customizable SOP system.
7. The production line is designed as a whole, and the battery cell feeding mechanism is designed in a forward direction, which is easy to operate and has a beautiful overall appearance.
8. Sorting the battery cells and discharging them directly to the hands of the discharge cell operators saves manpower and time.
9. The manual installation of battery cell workbench and the integrated design of wire body are easy to operate.
10. CCD front and rear automatic sensing work, normal operation is fully automatic without human intervention, and manual handling is required when product abnormalities are detected.
11. The eight axis double-sided automatic spot welding machine can spot weld slotted battery cells in different directions.
12. The spot welding machine is placed at the head of the conveyor belt on the production line, making the head of the production line and connecting the production line into one.
13. Fluent fixture reflux mechanism design, easy to operate and use, does not occupy space.
